Mac OS X Deployment 10.4 (MacOS 310)

Prerequisites
Students should have the following prerequisite knowledge prior to attending this course:
Understanding of Mac OS X
Experience with Mac OS X in a network environment
Basic troubleshooting experience or Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.4
Day 1 Introduction Overview of topics covered in the course, and a summary of the certification program.
  Deployment Strategies Deployment methodologies and scenarios.
  Imaging Creating Apple Software Restore and NetBoot/Network Install images.
  Packaging Planning, creating, and scripting packages using PackageMaker.
Day 2 Delivery Delivery methods, including NetBoot services, NetRestore, Apple Remote Desktop, and Apple Software Restore.
  Testing and Troubleshooting Testing images and packages; common issues and resolutions.
  Maintenance Automating client maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, and strategies for maintenance.
